1. Who offers the app
These terms govern the use of «Mi Presupuesto Mensual» (the “app”). Controller: Mi Presupuesto Mensual (España). Contact: soporte@mipresupuestomensual.com. By installing or using the app you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. What the app is
A tool to record and plan your income, expenses, accounts and savings. Data is stored on your device and the app can be used without an account. The account is optional and gives access to plans with more features.
3. Not financial advice
The app's calculations, forecasts, simulations, statistics and suggestions are for guidance only and depend on the data you enter. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. The decisions you make are your own responsibility; consult a professional if you need to.
4. Your account and your data
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for keeping your password and your device secure.
- Your financial data is only on your phone: if you lose it, reset it or uninstall the app without having exported a copy, we will not be able to recover it.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app (how to do it).
5. Plans
The app offers the “No account”, “Registered” and “Pro” plans, with different limits and features shown in the app itself. Today all of them are free. If any plan becomes paid in the future:
- you will see the price, duration and conditions before paying;
- billing, renewal and cancellation will be handled through Google Play, with its conditions and your right of withdrawal where applicable;
- price changes will be announced in advance.
We may change the features or limits of the free plans, announcing it in the app's “What's new”.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or those of our providers, automate account creation or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its code belong to its controller. We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it. The data you enter is yours.
8. Availability and warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to make it work well, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the online services (account, what's new) are always available. The app works offline for recording your data.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial losses, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the app or from decisions made based on its calculations. Nothing above limits liability that cannot be legally excluded (wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury) or your rights as a consumer.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version with its date and, if the change is significant, announce it in the app. If you do not agree, you can stop using it and delete your account.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and you keep the protection granted by the law of your country of residence.
